Want to have a sleepover at a NASA space center? You can with a NASA Overnight Experience. Various NASA space centers offer the fun sleepover events for both children and families.

Space Center Houston:

Space Center Houston is a science museum and official visitor center for the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston.
The center offers four overnight experiences during which guests spend the night at Space Center Houston and explore the facility while engaging in science, technology and engineering related activities throughout the evening.
Family Overnight Experience:
The Family Overnight Experience is an overnight experience for families with children five years of age or older. During the experience, guests will camp outdoors underneath either the Falcon 9 rocket or in Independence Plaza underneath the Boeing 747, the shuttle carrier aircraft NASA 905, and the shuttle replica Independence. Guests can also choose to sleep indoors instead among the spaceflight artifacts.
Boy Scouts Overnight Experience:
The Boy Scouts of America Overnight Experience is an overnight experience for Boy Scouts during which the scouts engage in STEM activities, such as learning how to program a robot and how to plan an astronaut rescue mission on Mars, and take a tram tour of the space center.
Girl Scouts Overnight Experience:
The Girl Scouts Overnight Experience is an overnight experience for Girl Scouts during which the scouts engage in STEM activities, such as learning how to program a robot and how to plan an astronaut rescue mission on Mars, and take a tram tour of the space center.
American Heritage Girls Overnight Experience:
The American Heritage Girls Overnight Experience is an overnight experience for American Heritage Girls during which the scouts engage in STEM activities, such as learning how to program a robot and how to plan an astronaut rescue mission on Mars, and take a tram tour of the space center.
In addition to the NASA Overnight Experience, the center also offers guided tours of the center, explorer camp, astronaut encounters and also allows visitors to touch a moon rock that was collected during the Apollo 17 mission.

The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is a space museum located at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
The center offers two overnight adventure programs for student/youth groups grades 5 – 9 and Boy and Girl Scouts ages 10 – 14:
Overnight Adventures Atlantis:
The Overnight Adventures Atlantis is a sleepover underneath the Atlantis Space Shuttle at the visitor complex.
Overnight Adventures Apollo/Saturn V Center:
The Overnight Adventures Apollo/Saturn V Center is a sleepover underneath the 363-foot-long Saturn V moon rocket that features hands-on challenges, a 3D movie and a scavenger hunt.
In addition to Overnight Adventures, the complex also offers space camp, space academy, astronaut encounters, an astronaut training experience, as well as guided tours of the Kennedy Space Center and the opportunity for visitors to touch a moon rock.
