Ghost and Graveyard Tour:
GoRetro offers a Ghost and Graveyard Tour of Pensacola. The tour is a 2-hour-long guided, ghost-themed bus tour aboard a 1930 Ford transit bus.
The tour discusses the five types of hauntings that take place in Pensacola and visits many historic sites and spooky spots in the city such as St. John’s Cemetery, Sanders Beach, the Seville Quarter and North and West Hill.
The tour includes ghost stories about each of the locations and the tour groups are small, with a maximum of 18 people, for a more intimate experience.
The tour takes place at night and begins at 5:30pm at the GoRetro depot. The last stop is at the historic St. John’s Cemetery where you’ll hear ghost stories about the various people buried in the cemetery.
Haunted House Walking and Trolley Tour:
The Pensacola Historical Society offers an annual haunted house walking and trolley tour during the two weekends before Halloween each year as well as a Mayhem Walking Tour every Friday the 13th..
The tour is a fundraiser for the society and includes a guided walking or trolley tour of some local haunted locations where you’ll hear the spooky stories associated with those places.
Pensacola Lighthouse Ghost Hunt:
The Pensacola Lighthouse offers a ghost hunt in the historic 1869 lighthouse and keeper’s quarters. The lighthouse has been called one of the most haunted lighthouses in America.
Guests can bring their own ghost hunting equipment or share the equipment provided. The tour is an hour and a half long.
Guests must be at least 12 years old to attend the event and they must wear flats shoes with a secure back (no flip flops.)
Private and overnight ghost hunts in the lighthouse are also available.
Downtown Walking Ghost Tour:
GoRetro offers a walking ghost tour of Pensacola. The tour is a 1 ½-hour-long walking tour of haunted locations in downtown Pensacola led by historian Wesley Odom.
Haunted House Investigation:
Go Retro offers a haunted house investigation of a reportedly haunted Victorian house. The house has been featured on Syfy’s television show Haunted Collector as well as other paranormal shows.
Guests meet at the Go Retro depot and take a bus to the haunted house. There they split into groups and investigate the home using ghost hunting equipment. Each group investigates different parts of the house. After, the groups report their findings.
Walking Cemetery Tour:
Go Retro offers a walking cemetery tour of the historic St. John’s cemetery, which was established by a local Freemason lodge in 1876. Although it’s technically not a ghost tour, the tour does take place at dusk in a historic cemetery so it is still spooky.
The 20,000 graves in the cemetery date back to the 19th century and some of the people buried here include Confederate soldiers, state politicians and even notorious train robbers, murderers and madams.
Go Retro offers a séance experience in a haunted Victorian house.
Guests board a bus for a tour through a historic and spooky neighborhood in Pensacola while they listen to a talk about spiritualism in Pensacola.
The tour then arrives at a historic Victorian house where the guests will take part in a brief ghost hunt before participating in a séance. Each guest is asked to bring an item or question to share with the psychic.
The tour/séance is a 2-hour-long experience.
Ghosts, Murder and Mayhem Segway Tour:
Emerald Coast tours offers a segway ghost tour of downtown Pensacola.
The tour visits the sites of hangings and murders as well as a street car bombing and the first drive-through funeral home in the country while learning about the various ghosts that haunt downtown Pensacola.
The tour is one hour long and runs nightly at 7:30pm.
